Dr. Park Young Seo, President of KISTI, and researchers visited ISI(Institute for Scientific information) in Vietnam to discuss researcher training which would take place in KISTI.
A memorandum of understanding was signed by KISTI and ISI on Mar. 25th. Both parties agreed on mutual share of science and technology information, interchange of experts/researchers, and co-hosting international seminars.
During the deliberation, KISTI and ISI particularly discussed researcher training. The plan includes short-term, mid-term and long-term training of industrial technology and information analysis for researchers from ISI. For long-term training, both parties may utilize UTS(University of Science and Technology)'s admission program.
